KoraCal Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of KoraCal, the calendar assistant available at koracal.ai and through its companion native apps (“the Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
What KoraCal does
KoraCal connects to accounts you authorize (such as Google, with read-only access, and Apple calendars on your device), finds calendar-relevant content in your email and calendars, and uses AI to add events, tasks, and reminders to a unified agenda. You can edit or remove anything the Service adds.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.
- You are responsible for the accounts you connect and for keeping access to your sign-in provider (Google or Apple) secure.
- You may disconnect linked accounts or delete your KoraCal account at any time from Settings.
Subscriptions and billing
- Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing is shown before you subscribe. On the web, payments are processed by Stripe. In the iOS app you can subscribe with Apple In-App Purchase or on the web.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel an Apple subscription in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancel a web subscription in the billing portal (takes effect at the end of the current billing period) or by deleting your account (cancels Stripe immediately). We do not provide partial-period refunds unless required by law.
- If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial ends.
AI-generated content
KoraCal uses AI to extract events, tasks, and dates from your email and other text. AI output can be wrong: events may be extracted with incorrect times or details, and relevant items may be missed entirely. The Service is a convenience, not a system of record — always verify important dates, deadlines, and travel plans against the original source. KoraCal is not liable for missed appointments, deadlines, or other consequences of inaccurate or incomplete extraction.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service in violation of applicable law;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users’ data, or connected systems;
- reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service without our written permission;
- use the Service to process data of people who have not authorized it where such authorization is required.
Your content
You retain all rights to your data. You grant KoraCal a limited license to process the content you connect or submit (email text, calendar events, pasted messages) solely to provide and improve the Service for you, as described in the privacy policy. We do not sell your data. We do not use your Google account contents (email, calendar) for advertising; we use limited website conversion tags (such as Google Ads) to measure ads and sign-ups, as described in the privacy policy.
Third-party services
The Service depends on third parties — including Google, Apple, Stripe, our AI provider, and our hosting provider — whose availability and terms are outside our control. Use of Google user data is additionally governed by the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. You can revoke KoraCal’s access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the Service or other users; where practical, we will notify you first. Upon account deletion, Stripe subscriptions are cancelled immediately and your data is removed as described in the privacy policy. Apple subscriptions must be cancelled in iPhone Settings.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that extracted calendar data will be accurate or complete.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KoraCal’s total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. KoraCal is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including missed events, lost profits, or lost data.
Changes to the Service or these terms
We may modify or discontinue features, and we may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will update this page and the effective date above, and notify you in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
